La Cakerie to open Hampden location

The bakery, which has shops in Towson and Mount Vernon, is building out a space in Hampden and aiming to open in the first quarter of 2016. Jason Hisley, La Cakerie’s owner and executive chef, said he had been searching for about two years for a space in Hampden.
