- Graduate transfer news: Jake Raulerson an offensive lineman from Texas, will visit Ann Arbor on 1/15. Most folks expect they are looking at Jake at center. The unique thing here is that Jake will graduate early and have two years of eligibility left. Jake was a 2013 class 4 star and Army All American. Jake is 6’5 and 281 pounds. Looks like Jake played 12 games with 5 starts in 2014 and sparling in 2015. He was the expected starter at center next season.
- 4 Star QB Zach Gentry continues to rep at TE
- Devin Bush Jr. and Sean McKeon both signed their paperwork to enroll in January.
- With the hiring of Don Brown, that means Chris Partridge probably doesn’t have a coaching spot after the bowl game. “He’s doing an amazing job. If I had one more spot, another spot on the coaching staff, it would be Chris Partridge,” Harbaugh said Tuesday evening. “I’ve really been that impressed with him as a coach.” – You don’t know what (might) happen with the hiring cycles, once the pro hiring cycles begin,” he said. “But it can’t be soon enough to get Chris Partridge as a full-time coach. I’ve been that impressed with him. “Worst-case scenario, I could see him being in multiple roles. Director of player development/coach/analyst on the football side. I think he’s really talented.” -“He’s a shining star, he’s a rising superstar in this profession,” Harbaugh said. “We’ll find (something).”
