Listen up, local collectors! Mike Wolfe, Frank Fritz, and the rest of the American Pickers team is returning to Maryland.
The History Channel’s hit reality show is planning to film throughout the region this May. As Mike and Frank travel across the country in search of valuable antiques, they will stop by once again to meet with interesting Marylanders and their forgotten relics. The series last visited Maryland in August 2015.
While on their journey through America’s basements and barnyards, the duo ‘picks’ everything from vintage advertising signage, to antique gaming machines, to old rodeo items. During this trip, the Pickers are especially hunting for things that are different or unusual that they have never seen before.
As a reminder, the American Pickers crew only picks through private collections—that means no flea markets, auctions, businesses, or anything open to the public. If you or someone you know has a sizeable collection, or an item that represents a unique part of American history, now is the time reach out.
Call 1-855-OLD-RUST (653-7878) and leave a message, or send an email to AmericanPickers@cineflix.com with your name, phone number, location, and description and photos of your collection.
