Wolverine Wednesday: East Lansing to Ann Arbor?

Recruits from East Lansing historically don't come to Ann Arbor to play football or basketball.  They stay home and play for MSU as they probably grew up a Spartan fan.   There is a ton of buzz that might change with a basketball recruit named Brandon Johns, who is a 2018 4 star Power Forward.


John's is 6'8 and 206 pounds and of course from East Lansing.   He has offers from Michigan, MSU, Iowa, Alabama, Cal, Pitt, Texas, Missouri, Xavier and others.   The buzz is that his commitment to Michigan and Coach B could be coming very soon.  Hopefully, the buzz is accurate!  If your wondering, the 24/7 Crystal Balls has Michigan at 71% .

• Reports are that Freshman RB Kurt Taylor could wear the #5 next season.   That is quite the honor.

• Jourdan Lewis signed his contract with Dallas.

• Taco Charlton already has a promotional deal with a Taco restaurant.  Its a Dallas based restaurant named Taco Bueno.
