Michigan's season went "tilt" on Saturday. There were a couple of plays that really turned the game/season. The punt return was just a stupid play that happens sometimes in football. The fumble by Peters on the goal line was a loss of 3 points. Those aren't the plays, I'm talking about.
It was the long pass Wisconsin completed in the 3rd quarter over the shoulder of true freshman Jalen Kelly-Powell and 3rd down hit on Peters that sent him to the hospital. Tilt - game over.
I've seen the offense under O'Korn, even his sure handed TE's won't catch the ball for him. Tilt.
Season now is in full Tilt mode.
Cheers
- Nordin made a field goal
- Michigan's passing game looked decent under Peters
- Play calling was decent on 1st and 3rd downs
- To many 2nd down poor play calls
- To many injuries, Isaac looks done for the year
- Not enough offense
- A handful of mistake by the defense
I love Don Brown but him blitzing McCray too much opens way too many running lanes that shouldn't be there.
When were behind, 4 yard passes are not going to get it done. Hats off to Wisconsin whose deep ball were the difference in the game.
I don't even want to think about next weekend. Can it be possible for Michigan to have a healthy QB in that game ever? Nope.
