Traitify Dash is a two-minute personality test that will help employers learn more about the various personalities on their staff. Unlike traditional pen-and-paper personality tests that evaluate only the test-taker, Traitify’s program will aggregate an entire company’s results to help managers improve teamwork and find new hires who will fit seamlessly into the group.
