The Cordish Cos. debuted their new co-working and office space, Spark, at a packed grand opening where guests included Gov. Larry Hogan and Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake.
The 20,000-square-foot space is designed for startup companies that have outgrown their space at an incubator but are not ready for the commitment of a pricey 5-year lease. The space, located at the Offices at Power Plant Live, has about 50 co-working desks, 28 offices and three private suites.
