Kinglet Features using the lure of hot companies to attract renters

When small businesses or freelancers turn to Kinglet for help finding work space, they’re looking for community and network connections. They don’t want to rent an office corner of some nondescript building — they want to be close to the movers and shakers in their line of work.

That’s why Kinglet is taking a new approach to its business of playing matchmaker for companies that have space to lease and those that are looking for a new office. Kinglet on Wednesday will launch Kinglet Features, a new pilot in Baltimore that partners with six companies with strong reputations in their field and space to rent out: Sagamore Ventures, which owns City Garage; MissionTix; Groove; Mindgrub Technologies; Younts Design Inc.; Tessemae’s All Natural.
