Rockville Town Center wins MEDA award

Rockville Town Center (Duball LLC), a struggling suburban mall that was revitalized into a thriving downtown destination, has been selected to receive the Economic Development Project Award for its impact on the city.

The Center offers a variety of employment opportunities, housing availability and significant revenue that enhances services for Rockville residents. The Rockville Economic Development, Inc. nominated Duball LLC and the Rockville Town Center for this award. Learn more on RockvilleMD.gov.

The Maryland Economic Development Association (MEDA) enhances the knowledge and skills of its members and encourages partnerships and networking among those committed to bringing jobs and investment to Maryland.

MEDA is a nonprofit organization of economic development professionals. Established in 1961, MEDA members promote the economic well being of Maryland by working to improve the state’s business climate and the professionalism of those in the field of economic development.
