There’s now an app for going through customs at BWI

Mobile Passport Control is designed to speed up lines for travelers arriving in the U.S.

The government has been coming up with new ways for travelers to skip the line at BWI before getting on a plane, even employing iris scanners. Now the Baltimore airport has a new tool to skip lines when arriving from another country.

BWI travelers can now use a mobile app to complete a declarations form when going through customs. Mobile Passport Control is free to use and doesn’t require pre-approval, according to U.S. Customs and Border Patrol.
