Harford County Fitness Startup Seeks Partners, Investors To Support Growth

A Harford County fitness startup focused on flexible gym memberships is launching new programs and seeking investors as it looks to expand throughout the mid-Atlantic.

Real Flexi was founded in 2014 by Lisa Quigley. Instead of buying a full-access membership including entry to all classes to a certain gym or paying drop-in rates for classes at a fitness boutique — which can cost about $20 per class — Real Flexi members pay $89 per month to gain access to hundreds of classes at partnering fitness establishments. The company is currently working with about 80 studios and gyms throughout Maryland, Virginia and Delaware. Local partners include BeMore Bootcamp and Federal Hill Fitness.
