SpiceHeads, you might recall a topic by Kalyana (Spiceworks) a few months ago called "Newbanner ads comeing Soon". One of these types is a full-page skin (also called a wallpaper) which is a graphic that lives in the background of the Community. In fact, you may see it now since we're testing it in this group.
Some things you'll notice is that the skin does not interfere with the user interface and the only clickable elements are the normal ad units (such as a leaderboard ad and the standard sidebar ads). Also, this is not an ad we imagine you'll see typically as it is intended to run for a day or two in support of a larger campaign such as product launches.
