Big Ten Preview Week 12

This is a strange week for Big Ten Football as there really isn't a premier games with a full schedule.  So for the game of the week, we pick a strange one.

Big Ten Game of the Week:

Northwestern @ Minnesota (Minn -1):  Northwestern is heading to Indy as the Big Ten West Champ.  Minnesota is 5-5 and looking to get bowl eligible.   So I guess Vegas isn't loving the Wildcats as they are a underdog to the Golden Gophers in chilly Minneapolis.  Northwestern is the better team and does play well on the road.   NW 23 Minn 21

MSU @ Nebraska (MSU -2):  MSU laid down for Ohio State last weekend as they let a punter beat the mighty Spartans.  Mark Dan is getting drilled by ESPN off the field for not vetting questionable recruits and his team is getting drilled on it.  I don't believe the Spartans will travel well and will get run out of Lincoln.   Nebraska 28 MSU 14

Ohio State @ Maryland (OSU -14.5): OSU is the better team, but will they be looking ahead to the Wolverines?  This is a trap game and OSU will struggle early but win late.  OSU 31 Maryland 17

Penn State @ Rutgers (PSU -27):  PSU Big.   PSU 51 Rutgers 10

Iowa @ Illinois (Iowa -14.5):Iowa is the better team.  Iowa 32 Illinois 21

Wisconsin @ Purdue (Purdue -4.5):  Both teams had big plans this year.  Purdue might lose their head coach.  Wisconsin still plays pretty good defense.  Purdue 21 Wisconsin 20
