Ten Baltimore-area startups have been selected for Light City Baltimore’s pitch competition.
The Light the Future Startup Pitch Competition is part of Light City U, the innovation conference during the city’s inaugural light festival, and takes place March 31. The 10 finalists were selected from 53 applicants.
The event will bring together startups in health care and sustainability to pitch to a panel of venture capital judges before an audience of conference attendees. Winners in the two categories — health care and sustainability — will each take home a $5,000 grant from the Warnock Foundation.
