Three Baltimore startups selected for mid-Atlantic startup showcase

Three Baltimore startups have been selected to present at the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association’s spring startup showcase.

Baltimore-based Point3 Security, Quantified Care and Vivanda are among 16 startups from the mid-Atlantic region that will present a company demo and fundraising pitch to an audience of investors and entrepreneurs at MAVA’s TechBUZZ April 6 at PNC Place in Washington, D.C.

Presenting companies were selected based on their approach to solving problems and how innovative their technology is.

Point3 Security is a cyber security startup that detects hacker methods and behavior. The company is part of the Emerging Technology Centers’ 2016 AccelerateBaltimore class.
