Baltimore ranks high on a new list of the top 58 U.S. cities for women in technology.
Baltimore is No. 4 on the list from SmartAsset, a personal finance website. The list is ranked according to four factors: women as a percentage of the tech workforce; gender pay gap in tech; median income after housing costs; and three-year tech employment growth. Data comes from the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey.

In Baltimore, women in tech jobs earn 90 percent of men's wages, according to the report.
